Where are Biite retainers / night guards manufactured?
All Biite products are manufactured in the UK.
How long will delivery take?
All impression kits are despatched within 24 hours via 1st class post.
Once we receive your impressions back, all retainers & night guards are despatched within 3 working days.
Do you deliver internationally?
Due to increasingly unclear restrictions, especially in the EU, we regret that we are currently unable to accept orders from outside of the UK.
What happens if I make a mistake with the impressions?
From time to time, this does happen. Don’t worry though - we’re always on hand to send out more putty if need be. Simply drop impressions@biite.co.uk an email or respond to your order email. Further details can be found in the instructions.
Do you keep impressions on file in case I want to re-order?
Yes, all impressions are kept indefinitely. We offer a 25% discount for subsequent retainer / night guard orders.
Will Biite retainers straighten my teeth?
No. Retainers are for use post braces / aligners and are used to stop your teeth moving. They will not straighten or move your teeth.
Can I order a Biite retainer / night guard if I have a fixed retainer?
Yes, absolutely. Our retainers & night guards are compatible with fixed retainers.
Do I need a night guard or retainer?
Our night guards are essentially thicker retainers. If you have grinding issues, the night guard is the best choice.
Are your night guards hard or soft plastic?
The default night guard we send out is a hard plastic. We do have various materials & thickness available though. If you have a preference, feel free to reach out or add a note at the checkout.
For retainer users, it is worth noting that soft night guards are not as effective as stopping your teeth from moving. If you are a heavy grinder that also needs a retainer, alternating between a hard & soft night guard may be worth considering.
Is a case included?
Yes, we include a case with all retainer & night guard orders.
